Terms and Conditions of Yans Holiday


1.Making a Booking

When you book with us, you confirm that you have the authority to make decisions for your group. We’ll consider a contract in place once we receive your payment or send you a confirmation/itinerary – whichever happens first.

2.Prices

Once we’ve finalized your travel package, prices are locked in at the time of booking and are generally not subject to surcharges.

3.Payments

Yan’s Holiday Pte Ltd accepts payments via:

  • Bank transfers
  • Credit cards (with additional service fees)
  • Other options as specified in our Booking Procedures.4. Receipt of Payment

4.Changes and Cancellations

  • By the Client or Group Representative If changes are requested by the client or group representative on behalf of the group, an administration fee per person per amendment may apply if we can accommodate the changes, and written instructions are required at least 30 days before departure. The client or group representative can cancel all or part of the travel for the group at any time, provided the cancellation is made in writing. An administrative fee for changes may apply for group cancellation as well.
  • By Yan’s Holiday Pte Ltd While rare, Yan’s Holiday Pte Ltd may need to make changes or cancel the booking. We reserve the right to do so at any time, but we won’t cancel less than 30 days before departure unless it’s due to circumstances beyond our control or non-payment.If you’d like to make changes to your booking and we can accommodate them, an administration fee per person per amendment may apply. Please provide written instructions at least 30 days before departure.While rare, we may need to make changes or cancel your booking. We reserve the right to do so at any time, but we won’t cancel less than 30 days before departure unless it’s due to circumstances beyond our control or non-payment.

5.Our Liability

We and our suppliers will use reasonable care and skill to ensure that the services and facilities included in your travel package are provided to a satisfactory standard. This means we’ll take all reasonable steps to arrange for your travel arrangements to be delivered with diligence and expertise.

6.Documentation

It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary travel and health documents required for your destination, such as visas, vaccinations, COVID-19 test results, or other relevant paperwork, to comply with local regulations.

7.Conditions of Carriage & Accommodations

We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the transportation or accommodation services themselves. Your journey and stay are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the carriers (such as airlines, cruise lines, bus or train operators) and accommodation providers (such as hotels, resorts, or vacation rentals), which govern their respective services.

8.Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your travel arrangements without notice if, in our opinion, your behavior is likely to cause distress, damage, annoyance, or danger to any other person.

9.Unused Services

If you don’t use any part of the travel arrangements booked through Yan’s Holiday Pte Ltd, no refund will be given.

10.Travel Insurance

It is a condition of our agreement that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover potential risks, including:

  • Cancellation charges
  • Unexpected curtailment of your vacation
  • Medical expenses overseas (including repatriation)
  • Loss or damage to luggage
  • Personal liability claims

11.Complaints

We strive to ensure your travel arrangements meet your expectations. If you experience any issues or have a complaint, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any contract or dispute between us and you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:

– The laws of Singapore for invoices issued in Singapore, or

– The laws of India for invoices issued in India.

13.Effective Date

The effective date of this policy is 30 April 2025. It replaces all prior policies issued by Yan’s Holiday Pte Ltd. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time. Revisions of this policy will be posted on our website as required by law.
